What happens on the day
Every site visit is organised around your operational requirements, following safe isolation procedures and coordinating with your on-site supervisors before electrical work begins.
- Arrival and safe isolationWe check in with the site manager or facility lead, review the specific machinery or circuits involved, and carry out proven safe isolation on the relevant supply before starting any physical work.
- Installation, cabling and testingWe install the booked distribution gear, containment, cabling or plant feeds. Electrical testing is conducted as the installation proceeds to verify continuity, insulation resistance and correct earthing arrangements.
- Handover and operational sign-offOnce testing proves the circuit is safe, we re-energise the supply, demonstrate normal operation to the plant supervisor, and issue the appropriate compliance documentation.

How is industrial electrical work priced?
Work is charged using an hourly labour rate for the time spent on site completing the booked task. Containment, switchgear, heavy cabling and any specialist components are detailed separately so total costs remain clear.
Do you provide retained maintenance contracts?
No, we do not lock clients into ongoing maintenance contracts. Each industrial electrical visit is booked independently to address your current machinery installation, fault finding or shutdown upgrade needs.
Can you install supplies for three-phase machinery?
Yes. We install three-phase sub-distribution boards, isolators, motor connections, busbar feeds and cable trays to provide secure power for new or relocated industrial equipment.
Will we receive a certificate for the work completed?
Yes. As a NAPIT registered contractor, we issue electrical installation certificates or minor works certificates for all completed electrical tasks, providing the documentation needed for safety audits.
Can work be arranged to suit a planned plant shutdown?
Yes. We can coordinate visits around your scheduled downtime or factory maintenance windows so that distribution alterations and machinery disconnections proceed without interrupting active production runs.
