Yes. If the existing circuit wiring, earthing and protective devices are in sound condition, we can replace the surface fitting and ceiling rose without disturbing the underlying cable runs. We test the circuit conductors first to confirm everything is safe.
Do you install outdoor security and garden lighting?
We install all types of exterior lighting, including wall-mounted lanterns, floodlights, ground spots and motion-activated fittings. We run suitable weatherproof cable and connect it through an appropriate protective device at your consumer unit.
Will I receive paperwork after a light fitting is installed?
Yes. When a new circuit is installed, you receive an Electrical Installation Certificate. For alterations, additions or like-for-like fitting replacements on existing circuits, we provide a Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate.
Can you convert single switches into two-way switching for stairs?
Yes. We can run three-core cabling between switch positions or use wireless kinetic switching units to allow lights in staircases, hallways or large reception rooms to be turned on or off from multiple entry doors.
Do I need to supply the light fittings myself?
