Do you supply the Starlink dish and indoor unit?
No. You order the dish and indoor unit directly from Starlink. We arrive to mount the bracket, lead the exterior cable inside, carry out the required electrical wiring, and power the equipment up.
How long does a satellite dish installation take?
Most domestic installations take between two and four hours, depending on the ease of roof access, the length of the cable run into the property, and whether a new electrical circuit is needed.
Do I need planning permission for a satellite dish in Parkstone?
For standard residential houses, satellite dishes usually fall within permitted development rights. However, if your building is listed or situated in a conservation area, you should check local planning guidance before arranging an installation.
Can you install Starlink on a commercial building in Parkstone?
Yes. We fit satellite hardware on offices, retail premises and industrial units. We fix brackets to suitable structural points, lead cabling through internal containment, and connect to commercial power distribution.
What electrical work is completed during the visit?
We wire a fused connection unit or run a new dedicated circuit from the consumer unit to power the indoor unit. Any new circuit is tested and certified through our NAPIT registration.
