How long does a rewire take?
A small flat can take a few days. A family house in Broadstone or Ferndown often takes one to two weeks, working room by room.
Do I need to move out during a rewire?
Most people stay. We keep power on in rooms we are not working in. You will have dust, noise and some rooms out of use each day.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. A full rewire ends with an Electrical Installation Certificate. MX2 Electrical is NAPIT registered for that paperwork.
Can you rewire one floor only?
Yes. We can rewire a loft, an extension or a single floor and tie the new circuits into a new or existing fuse board.
